Sometimes I feel we are over structured.  Being in Masonry should not be like being in the Army. Not that there is anything wrong with being in the Army, but Masonry has a tradition of welcoming free thinkers.
That tradition sort of went out the window WHEN STRUCTURE BECAME MORE IMPORTANT THAN SUBSTANCE!
